Pick where you're stuck

Four practices, one team. Below is roughly what each engagement includes, who it suits, and how it tends to be sized — so you can work out what you need before you spend a call finding out.

01

Websites

Your site is usually the first thing an investor or customer judges. We make it say the right thing quickly, and we write the words with you if the words are the hard part.

TYPICALLY 3–6 WEEKS
Positioning and copy A working session to settle the one-line answer to "what is it", then copy for every section.
Design and build Responsive, fast, accessible. Same team designs and codes it, so nothing gets lost in translation.
A CMS you'll actually use Edit copy, swap images, publish a post — without asking a developer or breaking the layout.
Measurement from day one Analytics, technical SEO and conversion tracking set up, plus a short doc on what to watch.
Right for you if You're about to raise, launch, or hire — and the current site undersells you. You have a deck that explains the company better than your homepage does. Ask about a website →
02

Web Applications

The product. We aim for a narrow first release that real users can pay for, then widen it with what we learn instead of what we guessed.

TYPICALLY 8–16 WEEKS TO FIRST RELEASE
Scoping and prototype A clickable version of the core flow before we write production code — cheap to argue with.
The boring essentials Sign-in, permissions, billing, emails, admin views. The things founders forget to budget for.
Data-heavy interfaces Tables, filters, dashboards and live updates that stay quick as your data grows.
Built to be inherited Tests where they matter, readable structure, deploys on push, and a README that isn't a lie.
Right for you if You have customers waiting on a spreadsheet you can't scale any further. You need something real in front of users or an investment committee soon. Ask about an app →
03

Mobile Applications

Usually one shared codebase for iOS and Android, unless your product genuinely needs native. We handle the store paperwork too.

TYPICALLY 10–18 WEEKS
Design that feels native Platform conventions respected, generous touch targets, and a component set you can extend.
Offline, sync and push Works in a lift and on bad signal; notifications that arrive without annoying people.
Store submission Listings, screenshots, privacy answers, review rejections handled — under your developer accounts.
Releases without drama Beta channels, crash reporting and a versioning routine your team can run alone.
Right for you if Your users are on their feet, in the field, or on a phone all day. You need one app for both platforms without paying for two teams. Ask about mobile →

System Design

Architecture work, with or without us writing the app. Often the cheapest thing a scaling startup can buy — and the easiest to skip until it hurts.

TYPICALLY 2–4 WEEKS, OR ONGOING
Data model review Where the model will fight you later, and what to change now while it's still cheap.
Service and API boundaries What should be one system and what shouldn't. Usually fewer moving parts than you expect.
Infrastructure and cost Hosting, environments, backups, monitoring — and a line-by-line look at the cloud bill.
A migration plan in stages Sequenced so your team keeps shipping features while the foundation changes underneath.
Right for you if Releases are slowing down and nobody can say exactly why. You're heading into due diligence, or into 10x the traffic you have now. Ask about architecture →

Still not sure which one you need?

That's a normal place to start. Describe the problem in your own words and we'll tell you which of these it actually is.
